In order to obtain a refund, contact customer service by email (returns@myvada.com) or call this number - 1-844-4MyVada (1-844-469-8232) and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package, within ninty (90) days of the date tracking shows you originally received the product. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package, as well as on a piece of paper inside the package with your bottle (empty, full or anywhere in between), and send back the product to us at the address listed below. You pay for return shipping with the shipping provider of your choice and provide tracking details to returns@myvada.com. Once our shipping department has received the package and the information has been relayed to customer support, you will be issued a full refund.Your refund will be credited back to your account, and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.

All orders are shipped for free via USPS Priority Mail. With our FREE Expedited Shipping, we will make your shipment our priority and ship these packages out the same day for all orders placed before 2PM Eastern Standard Time and the next day for all orders placed after 2PM Eastern Standard Time (packages will arrive within 1-3 business days). Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any postal holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.

The MyVada Subscribe & Save Auto Ship Program is ONLY available to existing customers who request to be in the program after having tried 1 or more our products first.

If you are eligible & decide to be part of our subscribe & save auto delivery program, your "MyVada Membership" will remain in effect for 12 calendar months or until cancelled. The charge will show up each month on your billing statement as “+18444698232myvada.com”. The payment card you provide will be reprocessed for every 30 days. To cancel future shipments in the auto-ship program, you must contact us at least 2 business days prior to the date that your next payment will be processed.

Your membership in the program will remain in effect for 12 calendar months or until you cancel by following the cancellation instructions below. If you wish to cancel your participation or change the frequency of you auto-deliveries you may do so by contacting customer service by emailing support@myvada.com or call this number - 1-844-4MyVada (1-844-469-8232).

By signing up for our MyVada Subscribe & Save Program, you acknowledge and agree that MyVada will not obtain additional authorization from you for each future automatic shipment program that will be charged to the payment card you provided initially. In addition, you do not hold MyVada responsible for any overdraft charges or fees which you might incur during the ongoing Auto-Ship Program.

We may, at our sole discretion, terminate your membership in the Program at any time without notice to you. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the supply of any MyVada product to any user at any time at our sole discretion. You must provide current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account. You are responsible for ensuring this information is correct and must promptly update all information to keep your billing account current, complete, and accurate (such as a change in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date). You must promptly update your billing details in your back office to ensure there are no interruptions in you receiving your product every 30 days.
